tambo. is a personal tool for recording and organizing expenses, income, budgets, bills, notes, and other information chosen by the user. It is not a financial, accounting, tax, or investment institution, and its content is not professional advice.

You are responsible for securing your device and exported backups. tambo. works without sign-in. Expense accounts and the optional profile work only on the device, without synchronization between devices or remote recovery. Optional Mercado Pago authorization allows retrieving transactions from that provider.

The integration is optional and in beta. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to access. tambo. retrieves transactions and creates local records; this feature does not make payments, transfer money, or hold funds. Mercado Pago is an independent service subject to its own terms and policies; this integration does not imply that it operates or endorses tambo.

Synchronization depends on permissions, availability, and data provided by Mercado Pago’s API. Available history and supported transaction types or currencies may be limited; delays, missing records, or overlap with manual records or other imports may occur. Review your records and compare them with Mercado Pago before relying on them. Imported information does not replace an official statement or accounting or tax documentation.

You can disconnect the integration in the app to remove local credentials and stop future synchronization. This keeps imported records and does not itself revoke permissions in Mercado Pago, which you must manage through that service. The handling of the connection and its diagnostics is described in tambo.’s privacy policy.

App information is stored locally. You are responsible for creating backups when appropriate, reviewing their content, and storing them securely. JSON backups include expenses, income, accounts, categories with monthly limits, fixed expenses, and income schedules. CSV exports include expenses only. They exclude attachments, your profile, and preferences. Restoring adds compatible records and skips duplicates; matching accounts and categories retain their current settings. It does not replace a general device backup strategy.

Exchange rates are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They come from external services, including DolarAPI. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for financial, contractual, accounting, or tax decisions.

• Use tambo. lawfully and for legitimate personal purposes.
• Do not attempt to compromise, decompile, interfere with, or abuse the app, website, or services.
• Do not use tambo. to infringe third-party rights or distribute unlawful content.

The app, website, brand, design, and code are protected by applicable laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use tambo. and do not transfer ownership rights.

tambo. may be changed, updated, or discontinued. Continuous availability and absolute freedom from errors are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patricio Albornoz is not liable for indirect loss or decisions made solely from information shown by the app. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

You may stop using tambo., delete your local records, and remove the app at any time. Access may be restricted for unlawful or abusive use. Terms that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without limiting mandatory consumer protection laws or any jurisdiction legally available to the user.
